Electrical Design Engineer for Steel Industrial Plant

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation of E&I basic design documents such as Functional Description, Field Device/Instrument List, Sensors/Instrument Data Sheets, PLC I/O List, Material Requisition etc., and E&I basic design drawings such as Single Line Diagram, Electrical and Instrument Wiring Diagram, Instrument Loop Diagram, Interlock Block Diagram etc. for Steel Industrial Plants.
  • Preparation, planning and checking of E&I construction drawings such as Cable Tray Layout, Equipment Layout, Wiring Diagram, Instrument Hook-up, Connection List etc. for Steel Industrial Plants
  • Preparation of Material Take-Off, Cost Estimates, Bill of Quantity
  • Checking of vendor document/drawing such as E&I Equipment Specification & Assembly Drawing, Control Panel, Schematic Diagram etc.
  • Checking and Evaluation of Vendor’s Quotations
  • Plant testing and commissioning works including preparation of test reports

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or BS Instrumentation & Control Engineering (BSICE) with good scholastic record from any reputable school or university; Certified/PRC Licensed Engineer
  • At least 3 years of work experience in an engineering company dealing with E&I planning & design works for Steel Industrial Plant projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio

PIPING ENGINEER – TSK

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover design and calculation of Wastewater Treatment Facility. The chosen candidate will be involved in modelling equipment, structure, piping and supports, layout and detail drawing preparations using various 2D and 3D CAD software.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • Has relevant experience in planning, design, and calculation of piping system which includes modeling of equipment, piping supports and piping layout of Wastewater Treatment Facility and, or other related Mechanical Engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Preferably has background in using AutoCAD, EYECAD, Plant 3D, Inventor, Navisworks Manage or any related 3D software.
  • Familiar with design standard JIS and ASME.
  • Knowledgeable and has good skills in using Microsoft Office.
  • Must be willing to work within a team of engineers to execute given task.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER – PIPELINE

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work covers basic to detail design and analysis of pipeline and piping of storage and distribution facilities on energy related projects. The chosen candidates will gain knowledge and expertise in planning, estimation and detailing using latest AutoCAD software such as Plant3D, CIVIL3D and Inventor including analysis software.

  • Graduate of BS in Architecture
  • With 2-3 years of work experience related to design of steel & RC structures
  • Advanced Level of Proficiency in Autodesk Revit operation and Family creation is a requirement.

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover basic and detailed engineering design of Water Purification Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Biomass Plant, which includes 3D plant modeling of the entire project and producing necessary drawings and technical documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With a degree of BS in Mechanical Engineering; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least 8 years’ working experience in plant and piping design, preferably in the Water industry.
  • Experience in the operation of 3D plant modeling software such as AVEVA E3D, PDMS, or AP3D.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • BIM modelling and coordination with other disciplines, room/space allocation, quantity estimates and design document checking.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proficiency in Revit software is must. Knowledgeable in creation of parametric families.

CAD OPERATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover the preparation of preliminary and detailed civil design drawings such as but not limited to Foundation Drawings, Site Development Drawings, Rebar Fabrication Drawings, etc. for environmental and energy facilities such as waste-to-energy (WtE) incineration plant, sewage treatment plant, etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of any CAD technology or other drafting technology related course.
  • With excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in preparation of various drawings such as Foundation Drawings, Site Development Drawings, Rebar Fabrication Drawings, etc. using AutoCAD.
  • Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in 3D software (Civil 3D, Revit, etc.) and converting it to 2D outputs is an advantage.

JR STRUCTURAL AND CIVIL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover the preliminary and detailed design of infrastructures for environmental and energy facilities such as waste-to-energy (WtE) incineration plant, sewage treatment plant, etc. Functions such as preparation of structural model for analysis and design calculation reports, general and detailed drawings, quantity surveying, site development design preparation and general contractor’s design document checking are also included.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Eng’g; PRC Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Structural analysis and/or Civil design. Newly licensed engineers with high scholastic records are welcome to apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Civil Eng’g; PRC Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in structural steel modeling & detailing
  • Proficient in Tekla Structures (use of Tekla Open API is an advantage)

–     Primary Qualifications

  • With 3 years and above experience in Plant Design using 3D CAD software.

  • The scope of work will cover design calculations, design drawings, and documents for commissioning for Steam Turbine Facility which includes 3D modeling of equipment, planning, assembly & detail drawings including piping works, and installation and maintenance manual.
  • Develops manhour and cost estimates as well as schedules for the projects
  • Interact and coordinate effectively with clients and support sections to ensure correct implementation of the project requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Eng’g; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • Has good communication skills with the ability to direct and motivate personnel
  • Experience in Steam Turbine design is an advantage.

•      Relevant work experience as a Civil and Structural Engineer will be an advantage.

  • The scope of work shall cover the design, calculation, material take-off, and preparation of 2D drawing and 3D model of building electrical equipment and utility services such as lighting and power outlets, power distribution system and communication facilities for environmental and energy facilities such as waste-to-energy (WtE) incineration plant, sewage treatment plant, etc.
  • The successful applicant can also expect to learn and perform engineering design works related to building mechanical services.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With a degree of BS in Electrical Engineering; PRC Licensed Registered Electrical Engineer
  • With at least basic knowledge in design and drawing related to building electrical services.
  • Proficient in using AutoCAD and MS Office.

  • The scope of work shall cover the Aveva E3D/PDMS software administration including:

STRUCTURAL STEEL DETAILER – FABRICATION ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work is related to the production of plates for steel bridges and various coastal structures.
  • Work output includes 3D models and 2D drawings containing information necessary for the marking, cutting, machining, welding, and assembly stages of structural steel fabrication.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover the Aveva E3D/PDMS software administration including:
    • Project Database Creation/Setup and Maintenance.
    • Catalogues and Specifications creation for 3D Model components of Piping, Equipment, Instrumentation, Structure, Civil etc. that are used for a variety of Industrial Plants such as incineration plants, energy plants, waste water plants and others.
    • Isodraft and Draw/Draft Administration as per company/project requirements.
    • Reports extraction/preparation from E3D/PDMS Project Databases.
    • Coordinate and Support E3D/PDMS operators/designers
    • Troubleshoot and report appropriately technical issues encountered.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in any Engineering courses, (e.g. Mechanical or Computer Eng’g.)
  • With at least 2 years and above experience using Aveva PDMS or E3D Software. Preferably with Administration skills but not required.
  • Must have long term interest in doing Aveva E3D Administration works.
  • Able to write or understand PML (Programmable Macro Language) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft products such as excel, word, power point.
  • Able to read and interpret related technical drawings.

PIPING ENGINEER – AQUA PIPING

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover basic and detailed engineering design of Water Purification Plant, Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Biomass Plant, which includes 3D plant modeling of the entire project, and producing necessary drawings and documents.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • With a degree of BS in Mechanical Engineering; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • Preferably with at least 6 to 9 years’ experience in piping design.
  • Experience in pipe routing design in consideration with client standards.
  • Experience in production of piping deliverables such as piping isometric, piping layout, support fabrication, support layout drawings and material take-off.
  • Experience in 3D plant modeling software such as AVEVA E3D, PDMS, SP3D, and AutoCAD Plant 3D.
  • Knowledgeable in piping material specifications and design codes such as JIS, JWWA, ASME, ISO, etc.

PIPING ENGINEER – TSK SECTION

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover design and calculation of Waste Water Treatment Facility. The chosen candidate will be involved in modelling equipment, structure, piping and supports, layout and detail drawing preparations using various 2D and 3D CAD softwares.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Eng’g; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer
  • Has relevant experience in planning, design and calculation of piping system, includes modelling of equipment, piping supports and piping layout of Waste Water Treatment Facility and, or other related Mechanical Engineering discipline is preferred.
  • Preferably has background in using Autocad, EYECAD, Plant 3D, Inventor, Navisworks Manage or any related 3D software.
  • Familiar with design standard JIS and ASME.

PIPING DESIGN MANAGER – ENERGY PLANT PIPING

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall cover Plant Piping Design of LNG plants, Oil and Gas and other Energy Plants, from 3D modelling (PDMS or AVEVA E3D) up to detail design of Piping Spool, General Arrangement Drawings, MTO, Loading Data and its Piping Analysis (AutoPipe) and so on.
  • Lead, and manage engineers for all phases of piping design works, in order to ensure that deliverables meet applicable standards and project requirements.
  • Develops man-hour and cost estimates, as well as schedules for the projects.
  • Review the work of assigned personnel and evaluate for completeness and accuracy to ensure the quality of the product.
  • Interact and coordinate effectively with clients and other design disciplines to ensure correct implementation of the project requirements, 3D management and associated drawings.

The department scope of works covers Plant Piping Design of various plants such as Waste to Energy (WTE) plants, Chemical plants, Oil & Gas, and from planning, 3D modeling up to detailed design including analysis of critical pipes, and output required deliverables such as piping spools, general arrangement drawings, MTO, and so on. It also covers 3D modeling system project administration and interface development
