REQUIREMENTS:

Mechanical Engineer – Energy Equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The scope of work shall be related to energy plants such as LNG Plants and Oil & Gas Separation Plants. This includes whole phases of project such as design, purchasing, evaluation/review of vendor drawings, inspection, and commissioning related to machineries to be installed in plants.

Mechanical Engineer – JFE Steel

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assigned as Steel Plant Mechanical Engineer, you are responsible for developing and creating improvements for JFE Steel plant facilities. Duties will include the following:
      • Feasibility Study
      • Basic/ Preliminary Planning
      • Execution Plan (including cost /budget)
      • Coordination with Design Companies during Detailed Design Execution
      • Equipment/material requisition & Vendor Control/ Coordination
      • Coordination with Contractor during Construction Execution
      • Pre-Commissioning and Trial Run (Cold run and Hot run)
      • Acceptance Inspection
      • Project Documentations (Completion Reports, Operation Data, & As built Drawings/Documents)
    • Mainly assigned for on-site work (in Japan), you are required to have a continuous long dispatch in Japan. First dispatch after passing the requirements is 3 years, followed by mandatory dispatch of 2~3 years or more.
    • You will also be assigned to do basic design of Steel Plant such as preliminary planning, design calculations of machine parts, equipment, structure, and piping.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Mechanical Engineer – Aqua

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Basic and detail design of Aqua Plants (Water purification, Wastewater treatment, Sludge Incineration, Biomass processing)
    • 3D plant modeling of the entire project consisting of equipment, piping, supports, structure, etc.
    • Pipe route planning, piping support planning, design calculation, etc.
    • Preparation of 2D drawings such as general arrangement, piping isometric, support fabrication, foundation drawings, etc.
    • Preparation of material take-off, other documentation, etc.

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
    • 1 to 3 years’ working experience in plant and piping design is an advantage; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    • Experience in the operation of 3D plant design software AVEVA E3D, PDMS or AutoCAD Plant3D is an advantage.

    CAD Operator – E&I

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The scope of work shall cover preparation of drawings for electrical and instrumentation such as but not limited to Single Line Diagram, E&I Wiring Diagram, Electrical and Room Layout Drawings, Logic Diagrams, and Schematic Drawings.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of any CAD technology or other drafting technology related course, or Graduate of Electrical Engineering Technology.
    • 1 to 2 years of work experience in an engineering company dealing with E&I drawings for industrial plant projects is an advantage.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD 2D.
    • Has knowledge using Microsoft Visio is an advantage.
    • Should have a strong ability to draw and read design drawings.
    • Must be willing to study and learn Japanese language to have better understanding of the drawings and have better communication with Japanese staff.

    CAD Operator – Pipeline & Energy Piping

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The scope of work includes assisting in the creation of drawings for pipeline and piping of storage and distribution facilities on energy related projects such as but not limited to Pipeline alignment sheet, Piping layout & details, and 3D models.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of drafting technology related course or equivalent level skillset.
    • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role with an Engineering firm.

    CAD Operator (Marine)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This position will involve, but is not limited to, preparation of piping and instrumentation diagram, project cost estimate, equipment instruction manual and specifications checking for equipment used in ship’s Ballast Water Management System (BWMS).
    • Preparation/checking of all equipment drawings (including vendor drawings) and other technical documents related to BWMS.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of Mechanical Technology or other related fields.
    • Knowledge in preparation and interpretation of various drawings such as piping and instrumentation diagram and mechanical equipment drawings using any CAD software is an advantage.

    CAD Operator (Aqua)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    CAD OPERATOR – CIVIL

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The scope of work shall cover preparation of drawings for steel structures such as but not limited to Bridge’s Superstructure, Substructure, Composite Slab and Composite Bridges.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of any CAD technology or other drafting technology related course; or Graduate of Civil Engineering Technology.
    • 1 to 2 years’ experience in modeling/detailing works is an advantage.
    • Should have a strong ability to draw and read design drawings.
    • Must be proficient in using AutoCAD 2D/3D and MS Office.
    • Must be willing to study and learn the Japanese language to have better understanding of the drawings and have better communication with Japanese staff.

    ASSOCIATE 3D/2D DESIGNER (CAD OPERATOR)

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • 2D Drawing works for Equipment Fabrication, Loading Data, Foundation Drawing, Piping Isometric Drawing, Piping Support and General Arrangements Drawing.
    • 3D Modeling (Equipment, Piping, Support, Structures) to support Piping Design Engineer for planning and detailing but not limited to “Waste to Energy Incineration Plant” under Environmental Piping Section.
    • Material take-off, Drawing extraction works and other Project documentation.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Technology or its equivalent related to Engineering Design and Drafting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

    CIVIL ENGINEER – BRIDGE PROJECT

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The scope of work shall cover checking and preparation of steel structure design drawings and material quantity lists.  
    • Identifies and verifies specifications by examining engineering documents; performs calculation.
    • Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information, conferring with Japanese counterparts.
    • Analyze and prepares the summary of project technical requirement.
    • Preparation of technical query, material take off and BOQ.
    • Assist in the preparation of RFQ and cost evaluation, preparation of proposal such as drafting method and sequence using CAD.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    JR. STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The scope of work shall cover the preliminary and detailed design of various structures for environmental and energy facilities such as waste-to-energy (WtE) incineration plant, LNG structures, etc. Functions such as preparation of structural model for analysis and design, calculation reports, general and detailed drawings, quantity surveying and general contractor’s design document checking are also included.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • PRC Licensed Civil Engineer; newly licensed engineers with high scholastic records are welcome to apply.
    • With at least 2 years of professional experience as Structural designer, knowledgeable in Steel Structural Design including FEM & dynamic analysis is an advantage.
    • Knowledge in Tekla Structures is also an advantage.
    • Familiar with any design codes such as NSCP and AISC
    • Proficient in structural analysis software, preferably STAAD Pro; Knowledgeable in other relevant structural analysis software (e.g. MIDAS, etc.) is also an advantage.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering; PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering and certified PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Preparation of E&I (Electrical and Instrumentation) basic design document such as; Single Line Diagram, Field Instrument List, Load Operation List, Electrical Calculation Sheet, Material Requisition, DCS Specification Sheet, I/O List etc. for Water Treatment Plants, Incineration/Industrial/Chemical Processing Plants, Others.
    • Drawing and checking of E&I Construction Drawings including 3D-CAD models such as; Cable Tray Layout, Equipment Layout, Wiring Diagram, Instrument Hook-up, etc
    • Checking of vendor’s drawing such as; Equipment Specification & Assembly Drawing, Schematic Diagram etc.
    • Plant testing and commissioning works including preparation of test reports
    • Conduct Factory Acceptance Test.
    • Leads, and guides team for all phases of E&I design works and in order to ensure deliverables meet applicable standards and project requirements.
    • Ensure appropriate checking & quality of all deliverables.
    • Coordination with project consultant and client.

    • The scope of work shall cover design and calculation of Wastewater Treatment Facility. The chosen candidate will be involved in modelling equipment, structure, piping and supports, layout and detail drawing preparations using various 2D and 3D CAD software.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering; PRC Licensed Mechanical Engineer
    • Has relevant experience in planning, design, and calculation of piping system which includes modeling of equipment, piping supports and piping layout of Wastewater Treatment Facility and, or other related Mechanical Engineering discipline is preferred.
    • Preferably has background in using AutoCAD, EYECAD, Plant 3D, Inventor, Navisworks Manage or any related 3D software.
    • Familiar with design standard JIS and ASME.
    • Knowledgeable and has good skills in using Microsoft Office.
    • Must be willing to work within a team of engineers to execute given task.

    PIPING ENGINEER – TAS

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • The scope of work shall cover design and calculation of Petrochemical, Food, Incineration, and Wastewater Treatment Facilities.           SENIOR IT ENGINEER

          RESPONSIBILITIES:

          • Monitor and test system performance for critical system availability, potential bottlenecks, security risks and respond to service outages to ensure utmost service availability.
          • Lead and support the upgrade of the company’s IT infrastructure such as servers (Windows and Linux OS), network devices, firewalls, and cloud environment.
          • Ensure that business processes are well understood, operated, and supported by internal and external parties.
          • Assess, identify, and suggest for potential improvement on how IT solutions can increase efficiency with company’s business processes.
          • Assist Chief Engineer and IT Support Section Manager in developing the budget, providing technical recommendation for any IT Solutions.

          • Lead and support System Administration group for any schedule activity to ensure compliance with cyber security, internal controls, regulations and/or standard operating procedures.
          • Develop and enhance internal processes and policies to ensure work order, incidents and problems will be managed efficiently by and between the System Administration Group and the users.
          • Create and update IT technical documents, solutions, procedures and maintain knowledge database content up to date.
          • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools complying with the different standards and guidelines.
          • Involve in system implementation / upgrade of various infrastructure technology platforms including server, database, network, firewall, backup, and other solutions.

          REQUIREMENTS:

          • Graduate of BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
          • At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in LAN, WAN and PC troubleshooting.
          • Experience in a Global Infrastructure setup and technologies is an advantage.
          • Knowledgeable in common network services like DNS, DHCP, Web Server (IIS), email server and monitoring systems.
          • Experience in Cloud Technology (AWS or Azure) is a must.
          • Experience in handling common attacks, vulnerabilities and remediation techniques for networks and operating systems.

          RESPONSIBILITIES:

          • Responsible in carrying out daily transactions, disbursements, check payments, billing invoices, collection & deposits, bank reconciliation and other general Accounting tasks

          • Maintain and update ledgers, journals, and other book of accounts

          • Efficient negotiation of contract terms, agreement, and pricing while at the same time maintaining strong relationship with vendors.
          • Prepares canvass sheet and assists in comparing/evaluating offers of suppliers.
          • Prepares Purchase Order ensuring specifications, price and other details are correctly entered in the Procurement System.

          • Handle the overall administration of employee services such as hiring, onboarding, benefits, quality data records/certification, exit clearance and HR information system.
          • Conduct hiring-related initiatives and processes from job ad review/posting, applicant sourcing, screening/assessment, pre-employment requirements to onboarding & integration.
          • Process and document employee movement such as but not limited to regularization, transfer, promotion, etc. including clearance procedures.
